40+ surgeon multispecialty group located in the Hartford, Connecticut area has an opportunity available for 2 well rounded and trained Breast Surgeons to accommodate growth in the area! Join a department of three full - and one part - time dedicated Breast Surgeons with the support of two General Surgeons who perform some Breast cases. Looking to expand their Breast Cancer program which encompasses three hospitals in the Greater Hartford area, and our physicians manage the Partnership for Breast Care at Hartford Hospital, an 819 - bed, state - of - the - art tertiary care center affiliated with The University of Connecticut. This comprehensive breast care program includes weekly Breast conference through a multidisciplinary team. The position will include 100% Breast Surgery with no general call responsibilities. Offering technology to perform in - office ultrasound and core biopsies. As well, the ability to perform Radiology - assisted stereotactic biopsy. Academic and clinical research potential is available. |

MA1 - Surgery - Massachusetts - Physician Needed - 100% Breast Surgery North of Boston
Seeking a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon for a well established group north of Boston. This is a Hospital Employed position. The facility is the only breast imaging center in the area. This is a full-time, outpatient only position, 100% breast cases, with no call. Currently the group is comprised of 2 fellows and 2 General Surgeons, performing a mix of General and Breast cases. The incoming physician (experienced or new grad) will perform all of the breast cases. Very competitive salary and full benefits package. Starting salaries approximately $185,000 + bonuses for new grads, $195,000+ bonuses for experienced physicians. This is a hospital employed position, available after January 1st 2012. Seeking a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon to be part of a multidisciplinary team bringing comprehensive breast care to the community in Southern New Hampshire. Candidates must have completed a breast or surgical oncology fellowship, and should be board certified/eligible in Surgery. Working with our NCI accredited Norris Cotton Cancer Center, our Comprehensive Breast Program is able to offer many types of standard and new treatments, including national and regional clinical trials that might not be available at smaller community hospitals. Participation in clinical trials and an academic appointment are available if desired. There is no general surgery call. Our clinic offers on - site breast imaging, digital mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic and ultrasound guided biopsy, needle localization procedures. Radiologists are on - site ensuring same day readings.
