H-MA247 - Hospitalist - Massachusetts - Physician needed - Moonlighting Opportunities in Boston Area
Seeking on call Doctors to provide part time medical coverage week nights and weekends for all new admissions for the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts. Duties include the writing of all admitting orders and physical examinations as well as being available to provide medical management in the absence of the attending psychiatrist. Each facility has different on call schedules. A typical weekday shift for DOC is from 6pm-7am and weekends 7am-7pm. The compensation is highly competitive and includes a generous base compensation as well as additional payment related to admissions, work ups, physical exams and patient visits. Compensation is paid on an independent contractor arrangement. Physicians must have have a full Mass license DEA, and Mass controlled substance license
