MA10 - Orthopedic Surgeon - Western, Massachusetts - $400K+ -Partnership opportunity - Join solo practice

Hospital affiliated practice seeks to add an Orthopedic Surgeon to solo practice. General Orthopedics desired but open to subspecializations also (preferably Sports or Shoulder). They have created a joint 50-50 venture for Orthopedics between Hospital and a large multispecialty group in the Western MA region. MSG has over 60 physicians at 14 office sites and comprises a major portion of our PCP base. Work and time commitments will be split 50/50 between Hospital and MSG but scheduling will be very flexible. Starting income will be competitive. Salary 1st year guaranteed, then productivity based 2nd year, partnership 3rd year. More could be earned in the productivity model. A new surgeon could see as many patients as they want.
