VA1 - Ear, Nose and Throat - Coastal Virginia - $275K Starting Salary

ENT needed-Salary:$275,000
Relocation: Up to $10,000 reimbursement.
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks
Productivity Bonus: 10% of revenue collected for professional services (not including technical services and designated health services as define by Stark II) over 2X salary.  Bonus is calculated for each employment year and paid within 60 days of the end of the year.
Partnership:  The initial employment contract will be for a 4-year term.  The Board will consider the physician for partnership at the end of that term.
